Record player should only be used on a desk top computer. All the USB equipment is compatible with windows vista higher and above, and used with all Mac also, Their are differences’ with requirements of the iPods docking station than a pc as the iPods needs a higher level of software
Your computer must run windows XP or Windows vista with QuickTime player 7.1.6 and the Mac OS X Should be 10.3.9 and again have windows QuickTime 6.5.2
